London work skews towards the constraints, not the cuts. Access windows are short, parking is a problem, neighbours are close, and the building you're working in is rarely empty. We turn up with the kit, the RAMS and a plan that fits the constraint, not the other way around.

Full range of work: core drilling from 12 mm sleeves up to 1000 mm Ø service risers, wall and floor sawing for openings and trenches, wire sawing for difficult-access cuts, structural openings, stitch drilling and large-format penetrations, and out-of-hours work when the venue can't close.

Working around London's constraints

ULEZ-compliant vans are standard. We pre-stage kit so the first cut starts when the permit window opens. Slurry is contained and bagged out — no slurry into drains, no mess in the lobby. For listed buildings and occupied premises we adjust kit (low-vibration, dry-cut with HEPA, hand-saw work) and work around the building's actual users, not the drawing.

Out-of-hours and weekend work

A lot of London work happens nights and weekends. Retail trading hours, transport-network possessions, hospital ward closures, occupied office floors. We do this regularly. Tell us the slot when you send the brief and the price will reflect it — typically a fixed window, fixed crew, in-and-out clean.
