How we handle the information you send us via this site. Last updated: 1 May 2026.

Who we are

This site is operated by KF01 LTD, trading as Rapid Response Diamond Drilling (RRDD). KF01 LTD is a company registered in England & Wales. For data-protection purposes we are the controller of any personal data you send us through this site.

To get in touch about anything on this page, email keatonfrancis01@gmail.com or use the quote form.

What we collect, and why

We only collect what you give us via the quote form:

We use that information for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry, scope the job and price the work. We don't add you to a marketing list, sell your details to anyone, or send you anything you didn't ask for.

Legal basis

Under UK GDPR, our legal basis for processing the information above is legitimate interest — specifically, responding to a quote enquiry that you initiated. If we go on to do work for you, we hold the same information under contract as part of delivering that work.

How long we keep it

If you become a customer, we keep your enquiry and project records for the duration of the project plus 6 years (HMRC and contract-law retention). If you don't become a customer, we keep the enquiry for up to 24 months in case the job comes back, then delete it.

Who else sees it

The form is submitted via FormSubmit, a third-party form-handling service. Your submission passes through their servers (US-based) on its way to our inbox. FormSubmit does not store the submission long-term and does not use it for any purpose other than delivering it to us. The full provider terms are on their site.

Beyond that, we do not share your information with anyone unless we are legally required to (e.g. by court order or a regulator).

Cookies

This site sets no tracking cookies, no advertising cookies, and no third-party analytics cookies. We don't run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or anything similar.

Two third-party services are loaded by the site:

Because we don't set non-essential cookies ourselves, the site does not need a cookie banner under UK PECR rules.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

To exercise any of these, email keatonfrancis01@gmail.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

If you're not happy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) — the UK data-protection regulator — at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If we change this notice we'll update the "last updated" date at the top of the page. Material changes affecting how we handle existing data will be flagged on the homepage.
